AAI Exchange Joint Venture Profit Share Agreement

Recitals

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:

2. AAI Exchange and will enter a position or positions and will build all the AAI
Exchange Marketing Consulting Group coming from positions

3. AAI Exchange will send a consultation and referral fees within 72 hours.

4. Facsimile signatures appearing herein shall be deemed an original, and this document may be
executed simultaneously in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and
all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

Terms of Agreement:

Please do not give out the private group number without his permission. We encourage you to respond to phone or email correspondence pertaining to partner opportunities within a timely manner. The monetary fee for joining the AAI Exchange Marketing Consulting Group is a nonrefundable entry fee determined by the package title as follows:

Full compliance with this agreement is expected. We have a '3-strike' rule. Termination of agreement is eminent if agreement is not followed.
